Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours to email photos of defective goods to sales@bathed.co.za, items cannot be replaced thereafter.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as bath and body products) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
No exchanges allowed unless goods are damaged or defective. Store credit might be offered or an alternative product due to goods being out of stock. 


Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
